I enjoy working with individuals who are ready and willing to get to the root of their concerns, process past traumas, and unlearn negative core beliefs. Many of my clients have found themselves in cycles of stuckness, shame, and self-doubt, leading to disconnection from themselves and others. I work to guide clients through the process of overcoming these patterns in a productive and compassionate way. In therapy, I provide a non-judgmental and trauma-responsive space where every aspect of identity is welcomed and affirmed. My work includes specialized experience with non-binary, transgender, gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, kinky, polyamorous/non-monogamous, and justice-involved individuals. I value authentic expression and collaboration, creating a trusting environment to process emotions, gain insight, and foster growth.

My approach incorporates mind-body modalities like Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy to facilitate deep healing and transformation. Brainspotting is a powerful technique for accessing unprocessed trauma and addressing feelings of “stuckness,” while Hypnotherapy works by guiding clients into a state of deep relaxation to tap into the subconscious mind, enabling recovery and inner expansion. I encourage clients to be empowered to communicate openly about their needs and preferences in session to maximize the impact of therapy for that specific individual. Success in therapy looks different for everyone, but common outcomes my clients have reported include improved ability to tolerate and cope through emotional discomfort, less intense and less frequent shame spirals, increased self-trust and implementation of self-compassion, effective emotional identification/regulation, improved ability to honor oneself authentically, and a stronger sense of confidence and ease in life. I’m grateful to be able to create an environment where clients can share their concerns, feel truly heard, and are safely supported on their path toward meaningful change.

  • I specialize in two mind-body modalities: Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy. Brainspotting is an effective brain-based therapy modality that helps to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Brainspotting is helpful in processing past traumas and limiting core beliefs, tackling a sense of "stuckness" and repetitive negative cycles, and so much more! I'm very passionate about this type of work and first came upon it as a client myself, so I've personally experienced the rapid effectiveness of this modality.

When participating in hypnotherapy, a client is guided into a deeply relaxed state that allows for direct access to the subconscious mind. Bypassing the conscious mind offers a much clearer path toward recovery, understanding the root of your concerns, and healing from within. Hypnotherapy can aid in behavior management by treating phobias, anxiety, and undesirable habits; and can also be utilized to accomplish deep expansion work such as inner-child healing and subconscious memory reprocessing. Don't hesitate to ask questions if these modalities are of interest to you!
