Lindsay Saie
I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to explore the roots of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while inviting more self-compassion into their lives. My approach often integrates practices like mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and reflective exercises during sessions to help clients access their inner wisdom. I am particularly passionate about supporting those breaking generational cycles or navigating the transformative journey of parenthood. It is an honor to witness clients gain self-awareness, shift patterns that no longer serve them, and build upon their strengths. Therapy reminds me daily of the incredible strength and resilience people possess.
Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what may be holding you back and to create a life aligned with your values. Each session is personalized to your unique journey, helping you understand how past experiences shape present emotions and behaviors while offering practical tools to manage challenges. Success in therapy looks different for everyone—it might mean achieving specific goals, building resilience, or learning to approach yourself and others with more love and compassion. My warm, collaborative, and trauma-sensitive approach creates an environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Slowly waking up, enjoying a nourishing breakfast and sipping coffee, taking a grounding yoga class, then going on a walk with my family.

Up north, especially overlooking the lake.

Beach – I find anywhere near water to be very soothing.

Italian - Italy is a place I have wanted to travel for years now and it would be even better if I could speak (or at least understand) the language!

Yoga is hands down my favorite way to move my body. Kickboxing, dancing, and taking walks outside are pretty high up there too though :-)
