Our Story
Reset was founded by Kerry Biskelonis in 2015, born from her personal experience as a busy new mom who discovered the transformative power of mindfulness and therapeutic support. What began as one therapist's vision has grown into a team of specialized clinicians passionate about the mind-body connection.
We're yoga teachers, breathwork practitioners, athletes, trauma survivors, parents, and friends. We're constantly learning what's new in the field because we believe you deserve access to the most effective approaches available. Most importantly, we're walking our talk—integrating these practices in our own lives with the same commitment we bring to your sessions.
