A few things to support your first visit (more on our FAQ page):

  • When you arrive at your first appointment, you can come up to the front or back door at your scheduled appointment time and your clinician will meet you there to let you in for your session.

    • Our building remains locked for the safety of our clients and clinicians. You can also text your therapist’s google voice number when you arrive for your appointment. 

  • Our Plymouth location has four offices

  • Front door is ADA accessible via the side of the building

  • Parking: We have a few designated parking spots in front and behind our building for our clients. There is also abundant parking in the Library Parking Lot behind our building.

  • We are a “shoes off” practice. Our intention is to make this space feel as welcoming and like home as possible. Drop your shoes, worries, stuff, and just breathe when you are in our space. (Taking your shoes off is of course always simply optional)

  • Restroom available

Directions

North

  • From M14, exit South on Sheldon Rd

  • Turn left onto Penniman Ave

  • Continue through town, passing Kilwins and Kellogg Park 

  • Turn left onto Union St

  • Office will be located on your left and there is street parking and a parking lot in the rear

West

  • Travel North on Sheldon Rd

  • Turn right onto Penniman Ave

  • Continue through town, passing Kilwins and Kellogg Park 

  • Turn left onto Union St

  • Office will be located on your left and there is street paring and a parking lot in the rear

East

  • Travel West on Ann Arbor Trail towards downtown Plymouth

  • Cross over the railroad tracks

  • Turn right onto Union St

  • Office will be located on your left and there is street parking and a parking lot in the rear

South

  • Travel East on North Territorial (turns into Penniman Ave after crossing Sheldon Rd) OR travel East on Ann Arbor Trail

  • Continue through town (both Penniman and Ann Arbor Trail come to Union St)

  • Turn left onto Union St

  • Office will be located on your left and there is street parking and a parking lot in the rear
