Kerry Biskelonis
I love to work with individuals and teams seeking to dive deeply into their inner worlds, exploring the roots of ongoing challenges, traumas, and stuck cycles. I have developed a deeply contemplative way of being with clients that is centered on presence, intuition, and introspection. My work integrates the latest brain and body approaches, combining science, creativity, and curiosity to create transformative experiences for my clients. I aim to help clients move beyond surface-level concerns to uncover their authentic selves, free from the noise of trauma, stress, and anxiety. Watching clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and develop a profound sense of empowerment and resilience is one of the most rewarding aspects of this work.
I believe the essence of therapy lies in cultivating self-awareness, and with that, a journey back to their true selves. By shedding the defensive layers we accumulate to survive, we can unveil a version of ourselves that is fearless, peaceful, and confident. Success in therapy is achieving a state of resilience and self-reliance. I do not believe you're ever “done” with therapy, but you can get to a place where you are self-reliant enough to take you through the roller coaster. Then, you check back in for a refresh/reset/whatever you want to call it ;)

The whole family reading books in bed as the world wakes up. Walking downtown for brunch, a play at the park and then heading home for quiet time. Cooking something delicious while the kids play and having a family dinner together before an early bedtime.
