Someone who is open to mental health services. The work that I have done focuses mainly on trauma and exploring coping strategies and grounding activities to help us when our emotions get too big to handle. My ideal client is someone who looks forward to going to therapy and wants to learn new skills. I am very passionate about self-care and discussing how to incorporate that into daily living.
-
I like being able to give people the tools to get on track where they want to be and I like being a support to people during their time of need.
-
That therapy can be anything you want it to be, your services should be tailored to what you need. I wish that people knew how strong they are to seek services for themselves and work toward seeking clarity in their lives.
-
People can gain clarity in their life, work through tough emotions and trauma, learning new coping mechanisms, and/or focus on personal growth.
-
Success in therapy to me looks like we are reaching or working toward the goals we have put together, and building more positive coping skills.
-
My past work focuses largely on trauma and complex emotions, and I am excited to get to know you and help you reach all of the goals you’d like to.
