Eriana DeKalita-Mull
I enjoy working with clients who are open to exploring mental health services and eager to learn new ways to navigate life’s challenges. My ideal client is someone who values therapy as a space for growth and healing, whether through building coping strategies, grounding techniques, or incorporating self-care into daily living. Much of my work has focused on trauma and helping clients manage overwhelming emotions with practical self-care tools. I am passionate about empowering individuals to find balance and clarity in their lives while providing support during times of need.
Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy can be whatever you need it to be—a safe space to work through tough emotions, heal from trauma, gain clarity, or focus on personal growth. Success in therapy is when we make progress toward the goals we set together and develop positive coping mechanisms along the way. It’s a privilege to help clients recognize their strength and resilience as they work toward greater emotional well-being and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
