  • I enjoy working with people who are willing to be curious. People who are open to discovering their true selves and the root of their suffering. Many of us focus too much time and energy on things outside of ourselves that we often lose sight of who and what we are at our core. My ideal client is someone who is ready to look inward, observe and challenge their patterns, and rediscover their inner being.

  • I love how therapy provides the opportunity to be fully present with another person. So rarely do we experience complete non-judgment and acceptance in the presence of others. It’s truly an honor when someone is willing to share the most vulnerable aspects of themselves with me, and the joy of witnessing their transformation is unparalleled.

  • There is no such thing as doing therapy “wrong.” The time you and I spend together can be whatever you want it to be, and each time may look different! This could include silence, laughter, movement, crying, meditation, writing, drawing, music – therapy is an opportunity to be unashamedly you, to discover the freedom in that expression, and apply it in your everyday life.

  • Therapy can be helpful on a multitude of levels depending on your goals and readiness. On one level, it can help relieve the symptoms of your suffering and provide tools to manage life’s stressors. However, it can also be a place to dive deep into the core of your being and lead to a path of greater self-realization.

  • Most importantly, I believe success is determined by the client. However, in my perspective, success is when you start to recognize the roots of your suffering, develop compassion for that suffering, and begin to reconnect with your authentic self. Those realizations may manifest through more harmonious relationships, a greater capacity to work through challenging emotions and situations, a clearer sense of direction and purpose, a deeper love for yourself and the world around you, along with many others.

  • I do not approach therapy from a “teacher/student” perspective. I believe every person has the inner wisdom to be creators of their own healing. My role is to act as a mirror to help you see yourself for who you truly are while gently guiding you through this short period of your life journey.

Describe your perfect Sunday
Waking up in crisp sheets on a sunny, breezy morning with the windows open. Starting the morning with meditation & a cup of hot coffee, snuggling my Golden Retriever, and going on an outdoor adventure with my significant other. I would end the day with putting on some music, cooking a nourishing meal and some sort of relaxing drink by the fire!

A book that you think everyone should read
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Favorite quote?
“Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.” – Lao Tzu

Other than mental health, what is something you’re passionate about?
Integrative or holistic medicine & spirituality

Beach or mountains?
This is a debate I have with myself often because I love all aspects of nature. However, I truly think there is something magical about the mountains.
