I work well with individuals who are high-achieving and goal-oriented. This includes those who may feel stuck and anxious now but at their core are motivated to work together on meeting their goals.

My strong interest in working with athletes or folks with athletic backgrounds comes from my own experience as an athlete and athletic coach. With this experience, I lean towards setting goals with clients to try and work on skills outside of the therapy session. Additionally, I involve mindfulness and meditation practices in sessions.
