Blaise Fayolle
I enjoy working with high school and young adult clients, with a particular specialization working with athletes or those with an athletic background. My ideal clients are high-achieving and goal-oriented individuals who may feel stuck or anxious but are motivated to work toward personal growth and success. Drawing on my experience as an athlete and coach, I focus on helping clients set meaningful goals and develop practical skills to use both within and beyond therapy sessions. I integrate mindfulness and meditation practices to support clients in achieving greater self-awareness and understanding the power of mindset. My dissertation centered on building confidence in young adults, a topic that continues to inform my therapeutic and coaching approach. I am particularly passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges of self-doubt, pressure, and performance anxiety to foster individual and athletic resilience and a stronger sense of self.
For me, therapy is a collaborative process centered on your personal journey and development. I see it as a privilege to share in this work, providing perspective, education, and tools to help clients make meaningful changes aligned with their goals. Sessions with me offer a unique space to reflect, explore, and grow without fear of judgment. My approach emphasizes the importance of learning strategies to address immediate challenges while fostering continued growth and self-awareness for long-term success.
