Bethany Padilla
I’m passionate about supporting adults coping with symptoms of chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, or chronic pain. My approach takes a holistic look at the mental, emotional, physical, and contextual factors influencing the experience of pain—whether emotional or physical. I particularly enjoy working with individuals experiencing life transitions, especially the profound journey into motherhood. I believe transitions provide a unique opportunity for self-reflection and reconnection with one’s inner self.
Being invited into the vulnerable moments of someone’s life is a profound honor. I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, inspired by the belief that "anything that's human is mentionable, and anything mentionable can be more manageable," as Mister Rogers said. Therapy, for me, is about helping clients embrace the messiness of their humanity, get curious about their patterns, and develop self-awareness and radical self-acceptance. Together, we work toward clarity, resilience, and the ability to face life's challenges with greater confidence and purpose.
