Amy Zenn
I approach my work with clients as a human first, embodying authenticity, curiosity, and a spirit of empowerment that allows for a harmonious blending of my personal and professional values. I believe each client already holds the key to unlocking their inner healing intelligence and my role is to support the discovery of what stands between your current life and the life you desire. Life can get messy, and getting through the toughest parts can come at a cost. I offer clients the opportunity to reclaim their power and recover parts of themselves they’ve lost along the way. My intention is to create an accepting and nonjudgmental space that helps clients find the courage to say yes to healing and transforming their lives into one where they feel fully alive. With a style that is dynamic, engaging and collaborative, I strive to center client needs and preferences to personalize each individual’s therapeutic experience, facilitating a natural connection and responsiveness to the work we’re doing together.
I enjoy working with a diverse spectrum of clients, with a special interest in the treatment of ADHD/executive dysfunction, relationship challenges, women’s health and empowerment, and the use of psychedelic medicine and altered states of consciousness for accelerated healing and self-improvement.
