I love being a therapist because it brings me joy to empower others and share the tools that have also empowered me. I appreciate exploring various healthy approaches to find purpose and peace, making life more worthwhile.

Life often comes in waves, and it can be comforting to have someone to talk to about it. Therapy can be a valuable tool for grounding both the mind and body.
-
People can benefit from therapy by improving communication skills and gaining greater self-acceptance. The benefits range from changing physical or thinking habits to better expressing emotions, and calming the nervous system.
-
Success in therapy means achieving the goals we set for ourselves, whether it's improving mental health, developing healthier coping mechanisms, enhancing relationships, or gaining greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. It involves progress in managing symptoms, overcoming challenges, and experiencing personal growth. Ultimately, I hope my clients feel empowered, more resilient, and better equipped to navigate life's difficulties.

I find joy in working with individuals of all ages. I'm very open-minded and enjoy exploring thoughts and emotions through trauma-focused CBT, DBT, and ACT. Additionally, I love incorporating breathwork, yoga, meditation, and art therapy into my practice.
Describe your perfect Sunday (or rainy day)
A perfect Sunday, is a rainy Sunday, where I can practice and grow in my personal faith and self. After a slow morning, I would enjoy tea or coffee in my reading corner. It would be early spring outside.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher.
