Alyssa Ariagno
I welcome adults and adolescents (ages 12+) navigating a range of challenges, including, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficult life transitions, and beyond. With a special passion for supporting individuals facing chronic and acute illnesses, I bring a personal understanding to this work, drawing from my own experiences with chronic illnesses. My approach emphasizes uncovering and strengthening the innate resilience within each client, tailoring therapy to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
I believe in the transformative power of therapy as a collaborative journey. We all need support from time-to-time, whether that takes the form of therapy or not. Suffering may be an unavoidable fact of life, but that does not mean it must be endured silently. My practice eclectically blends techniques to address the mind-body connection, helping clients increase self-awareness, process past experiences, regulate emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. Whether addressing grief, stress, or personal growth, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s complexities with confidence and hope. My mission is to meet clients where they are, set attainable goals, and celebrate their progress toward greater well-being and independence.
