My ideal client is someone who is curious about diving deeper into their well-being and open to exploring and challenging themselves in meaningful ways. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to embrace discomfort as a necessary part of growth and self-awareness. With a background in school social work, I have a strong passion for supporting adolescents as they navigate the complexities of mental health challenges. I understand the unique pressures faced by young people, their families, and educators, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. By fostering collaboration and trust, I help clients develop coping strategies, build self-awareness, and strengthen their resilience.

I deeply value the transformative potential of therapy and aim to meet each client exactly where they are. Therapy can be a challenging but empowering process, offering an opportunity to explore one’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a raw and authentic way. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and family systems approaches to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. Whether through creative expression, movement, games, or thoughtful discussion, I bring empathy, curiosity, humor, and awareness into the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create an engaging and supportive environment that empowers clients to advocate for themselves, explore new perspectives, and work toward meaningful change.
