Reset Brain and Body has given me the platform to lean into all of my strengths and share the gift of mental health care and therapy to our community.

Working with a mental health care provider can help us when we feel “stuck”. When we know that a better version of our life is possible, but we might not be sure how to get there. It’s all about building a toolbox of resources. Almost everything we do as humans requires tools. So why wouldn’t we use tools for the things that make us most human: our thoughts and emotions? Seeking out mental health care is one of the most courageous acts of self-love.
