Jordyn Kahler
I enjoy working with clients who are open-minded and willing to take risks in the therapeutic process with me. Someone who is curious about becoming a better version of themselves. My ideal client is someone who embraces the non-linear nature of healing and isn’t afraid to explore the root of their challenges. I appreciate clients who aren't afraid to make mistakes, because we all know... therapy is not a linear process! There is no "right" way to do therapy, and I believe it should be tailored to each individual’s needs—whether that means deep conversations, listening to a favorite song on repeat, or simply holding space to process life’s demands.
With over 20 years of experience in dance and a passion for somatic movement, yoga, and meditation, I bring a creative, body-centered approach to therapy. Movement has been an integral part of my life, and I believe in its power to heal. I create a comfortable, flexible space where clients can sit, stretch, or move as they feel inspired. Through a trauma-informed lens, I also incorporate techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients gain clarity and insight into their experiences. Therapy with me is a space for growth, self-discovery, and building the tools needed to navigate life’s complexities.
