We use the term “specialties” to typically refer to either topics or demographics that our clinicians have special expertise in, while “modalities” refers to the therapeutic style or approach being used.
For example, supporting someone with anxiety would fall into the category of a specialty, while using therapeutic yoga in a session would count as a modality.

Nope! The beauty of having such a big team of therapists is that everyone has something unique to offer. From traditional talk therapy approaches, to modalities that include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Recreational Therapy, Play Therapy, and more, there’s truly something here for everyone. (We’d just be here forever if we tried to list every single style of therapy that we have available!)
